Welcome to your safe-haven for network marketers to learn social media!

This is a place for us. It’s our place to learn, connect, and sharpen our skill sets on social media to grow our business, the right way. It’s up to us to keep this community a safe, spam-free, and positive environment for everyone…so here are a few ground rules to make sure we are all on the same page.

Social Impacter Society Rules:

By being a part of this program, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

If you don’t agree please DO NOT sign up for the Social Impacter Society.

If you do not follow these rules, immediate termination from program will be implemented, you will still have access to the membership site however not the Facebook Community.

Social Impacter Society Facebook Group

This group is strictly for paid members of the Social Impacter Society program. Brian & Dani Fryer, along with Sean Jordan are the moderators of the Facebook group.

The Facebook group is a complimentary BONUS, not part of the paid program. We don’t own Facebook. If they change their terms or decide to start charging for Facebook groups, that may limit or remove our ability to keep the Social Impacter Society Facebook group open and running.

Remember, this community is about learning how to use social media properly to build YOUR brand, acquire more customers, and leverage the internet to grow your business. The intent of this group is to stay connected, share ideas, wins and successes; not connect and recruit other members.

Be Kind

We have a zero tolerance policy for negativity, drama, gossip or toxic energy. We encourage you to support your fellow network marketers, hence why we created the group! This is a judge-free zone. If you disagree or have an opposing viewpoint to share, do it with respect and compassion in being helpful. Violation to this rule grounds for immediate termination from community without a refund.

Generosity is Encouraged

We love hearing what is working for you. We love the idea of giving and providing value to others, but keep the emphasis on support, wisdom and uplifting encouragement, not to brag about your status, rank, etc (leave that for your upline to do on your personal wall).

Cross-Recruiting – No Tolerance

Yup, that’s right…this is a safe-haven. There will be no messaging of others in the group with intent to discuss openness to your respected business. No recruiting, poaching or chasing others in community. Please screen shot any misbehavior. Any mention or proof of this will result in immediate termination from the Facebook Group and membership program without a refund. It is in our best interest to help clean up the negative repercussions in our profession, especially on social media. There will be zero tolerance for this behavior.

Feedback to Posts

Give genuine with your opinion when it comes to feedback. All are here to learn, grow and shorten the learning curve to being successful on social media in their respected company. We consider ourselves family.

Documents in Group

NO creating or uploading documents into the group. The current documents under the FILES tab of the group are NOT to be edited. These have been created for you, the members, as an additional resource of information.

What Happens Here, Stays Here

Information that is personal and intimate should be shown compassion for and not be shared elsewhere. Let’s help each other the best we can. In any business, frustration, facing obstacles and rough times are a given. This group is here to help you stay positive, optimistic and be surrounded by many others who may also be going through similar times. Also, material is copyright, please do not copy, plagiarize or with ill intent, use the content as your own.

Facebook LIVE

Absolutely no LIVE streaming from members in the Social Impacter Society group is allowed.

Self-Promotion

There will be no self-promotion of your products and/or company in this Facebook group. Posting links to your site, email list, or anything of the sort will not be allowed.

Getting opinions about website/sales page - please screenshot your page and ask for specific feedback on what you are seeking help with.

Share your wins! We absolutely encourage this, when it’s genuine. Don’t over-promote yourself, which result in actually putting down others who may not be experiencing the level of success as you, yet.

If you Have a Problem…

We wish everyone who is a part of the Social Impacter Society to be honest, punctual and ethical when it comes to problems.  Although that is our wish, we cannot guarantee every person’s actions are with good intentions. We will in no way, shape or form tolerate negative, demeaning or downright nasty behavior inside group, or to any other person inside our community. If you have a legitimate problem with another member, take it up with them outside of group. If the problem is with our group, content or material, please email [email protected]. Acting in what we feel is an unprofessional manner inside group will call for immediate termination without refund as you will still be entitled to access to the memberships site content.

The FB group is not a place to get technical or membership support for the Social Impacter Society.

We stand strong on integrity and values, therefore we hope you are clear on what’s okay and what’s not in our amazing community.

What Happens if Rules Are Not Followed

We really hope it doesn’t come down to this, but in the event rules are not followed, necessary action will be taken. If in regards to a post, it will be deleted. If it deals with a certain member, and proof supports the case, they will be terminated without refund. Let’s be honest, we don’t have time for childish games. In an effort to provide the most up-to-date content and value, that is where our time is focused…and can’t be babysitting 24/7.

Terminating Membership

** You have subscribed to a recurring membership program. Based upon your join option subscription, you will be automatically billed accordingly. We have a NO REFUND policy for our Social Impacter Society program and all of it's content.

Option 1 - Monthly Renewal

Member may terminate membership at any time. There are no refunds on previous monies paid. If member notifies admin at [email protected] before ten (10) days of next payment being due, we will not run the next payment. Member may also cancel their own account in their back office at anytime.

Option 2 - Quarterly or Bi-Annual Renewal

Membership term is on a quarterly or bi-annual basis. There are no refunds on previous monies paid. Member wanting to terminate membership must notify admin in writing to [email protected] fifteen (15) days before the renewal period for the next membership cycle starts, or cancel their own membership through the member back office at anytime.

Option 3 - Annual Renewal

Membership term is on an annual basis. There are no refunds on previous monies paid. Member wanting to terminate membership must notify admin in writing to [email protected] thirty (30) days before the renewal period for the next membership cycle starts. Member may also cancel their own account in their back office at anytime.

Any material contributed by a member, including but not limited to: comments, posts, replies, photos, videos, remains within the community and is not returned to the member. Member may also not demand any form of financial benefit for any content contributed while a member.

 

Option 4 - Lifetime (one-time payment)

Membership term is for lifetime of the program and is a ONE-TIME payment only. There are no refunds on monies paid. No termination notice is needed as member will have lifetime access to Social Impacter Society content as long as above rules are not broken. In any case in which Lifetime member is not following rules in Facebook group, they will be terminated from group. Access to back office and training will remain intact as long as member is cordial to program material.

Any material contributed by a member, including but not limited to: comments, posts, replies, photos, videos, remains within the community and is not returned to the member. Member may also not demand any form of financial benefit for any content contributed while a member.

Important Note

The Facebook community is not mandatory or a given. If you do not follow the rules and guidelines of the group, you will be removed. This is a safe-haven environment that is here to serve the members at the highest level, and to help provide them with the information we feel will help them grow their business on social media, the right way. You are paying for, what we believe, is the best coaching and training for network marketers on social media that exists. If you choose to not follow rules, immediate removal from FB community will be enforced.

We reserve the right to change these guidelines and rules or to add new conditions on use of this site from time to time, in which we will notify the community of the updates.

Brian Fryer reserves the right to permanently suspend membership for any member at his discretion. Violation of any guideline or rule as determined by Brian, is grounds for temporary or permanent suspension of member from community. We reserve the right to deny any request for membership reinstatement and/or removal of a post not deemed suitable for group.
